PrintThe share capital of Elektrociepłownia Będzin S.A. value is 15 746 thousands PLN and it consists of 3 149 200 ordinary shares series A, marked with numbers from A00000001 to A03149200, each of nominal value 5 PLN. The main shareholder of the Company is the enterprise envia Mitteldeutsche Energie AG -enviaM from Germany.
At the moment it possesses 69,56% of shares. In the year 2004 there were no remarkable changes in shareholdership of Elektrociepłownia Będzin S.A., possessing at least 5% of total number of votes at the Shareholders Meeting.
On the 31st of December, 2004, the structure of shareholdership presented as follows:
On the 6th of April 2005, the Minister of Treasury made the declaration that enabled to transfer on the 13th of April, 2005 the ownership of 311 355 Elektrociepłownia Będzin S.A. shares to Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego BP (the Bank of National Estate).
