The Company` s Authorities are: the Shareholders Meeting, the Supervisory Board and the Management Board.

The chief organ of the Company is the Shareholders Meeting. The latest Shareholders Meeting took place on the 21h of June, 2010.

Born in 1965. Higher education - a graduate of the Natural Sciences Faculty of Wrocław University and the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw.

Professional career:

  • 1994-1996 - assistant to the vice minister for power in the Ministry of Industry and Trade,
  • 1996-1997 - advisor in the Ministry of Economy,
  • 1997-2002 - Chairman of the Management Board of MEAG Polska Sp. z o.o.,
  • 2002-2004 - Chairman of the Management Board of enviaM Polska Sp. o.o.,
  • between 2000-2004 held the post of secretary in the Supervisory Board of Elektrociepłownia Będzin SA. (Będzin Combined Heat and Power Plant) ,
  • since July 1st 2004 holds the post of Chairman of the Board and CEO of Elektrociepłownia Będzin SA and Authorised Agent of enviaM for Poland.

Born in 1969. Higher education - MA in economics, specialising in cybernetics and economic IT. Graduate of the Academy of Economics in Katowice.

Professional career:

  • 1994 - Bank Śląski S.A. in Katowice,
  • 1994-2000 - Business Management&Finance SA in Warsaw,
  • 2000 - Elimar Stockbrokers in Katowice,
  • 2001 - Polmozbyt Lublin Sp. z o.o. and Autonika Holding S.A. ,
  • 2002 - MEAG Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw,
  • Since 2003 she has worked in the Board of Management of Elektrociepłownia Będzin S.A. (Będzin Combined Heat and Power Plant).

The Company's authorised agents are: Józef Kijak – Executive Director and Jolanta Dąbrowska - Macha - Chief Accountant.
