Elektrociepłownia Będzin S.A. has the tariff for heat generation, verified by the President of URE (Energy Market Regulatory Office) by the decision no OKA-4210-39(8)/2011/1329/X/CW of the 12th of August, 2011.

Current tariff for heat generation is published in the Official Diary of the Silesian Province no 188, of the 25th of August 2011, p. 3513, period the tariff was fixed for a period of one year from the date of its introduction into use.

In his communicate of the 23rd of September, 2004, the President of URE (Energy Market Regulatory Office) relieved companies from energetic sector dealing with electricity generation in co-generation with heat (being obligatory bought) from a duty to have electricity tariffs verified. Because Elektrociepłownia Będzin S.A. belongs to those companies, it means that it is relieved from the duty to submit electricity tariffs for verification.
