„Będzin” S.A. Thermal Power Station has all the legally required licenses for electric power and heat production:

  • License for the production of electric power for the period until the 31st December 2025 granted with the decision of the president of the Energy Regulatory Office (original name – “Urząd Regulacji Energetyki”) WEE/13/1329/U/OT-2/98/RZ, dated on the 13th October 1998 (last amendment made on January the 7th, 2011 WEE/13-ZTO-E/1329/W/OKA/2011/MMi).
  • License for heat production until the 31st December 2025 granted with the decision of the president of the Energy Regulatory Office (original name – “Urząd Regulacji Energetyki”) WCC/201/1329/U/OT-2/98/RZ, dated on the 9th October 1998 (last amendment made on November the 17th, 2010 WCC/201-ZTO-E/1329/W/OKA/2010/MMi).
