Będzin CHP Plant produces electricity and heat (heating water and process steam). Since July 2007 electricity is sold to RWE Stoen. Distribution services and trade balancing is provided by TAURON Polska Energia S.A. The main recipient of heating water is TAURON Ciepło S.A. Moreover, during the heating season, the recipients of this form of energy are also ENION SA Branch in Bedzin, Będzin Power Utility and the Jan Kiepura Municipal Club in Sosnowiec. Process steam recipients are: St. Barbara Regional Specialist Hospital No. 5 in Sosnowiec and "MEGAPLOT" Sp. J. in Sosnowiec.
