The Company's core products are heat and electricity produced by cogeneration.

Heat supply is local in nature, and heat produced in the form of hot water and steam is delivered to the public sector and industry in the Dąbrowskie Basin. The heat produced is delivered through a heating mains network to customers in Sosnowiec and Będzin. Heat is mainly supplied through the mains network operated mainly by the TAURON Ciepło SA. Since July 2009 electricity is sold to RWE STOEN. Electric power is transmitted along 110 kV overhead power lines.

Elektrociepłownia Będzin S.A has a solid position on the heat and electricity market in the Dąbrowskie Basin region. It is one of the largest heat suppliers in the region, with an annual heat production of 3.0 m GJ. The potential output, modernised over the last few years, allows production to take place while fulfilling all the requirements, both in terms of safety demands and the reliability and quality of supply.
