  • Licence to participate in the scheme for trading greenhouse gas emission rights; (decree of the Silesia Province Governor ŚR-III/P/6610/D/CO2/8/2/05/06 dated 29.03.2006).
  • Amendment to the licence to participate in the scheme for trading greenhouse gas emissions rights; (decree of the Silesia Province Marshal No 3038/OS/2008 dated 25.11.2008).
  • Change of the permission for the participation of Elektrociepłownia “Będzin” S.A. in the scheme of greenhouse gas emission allowances (decision of the Silesian Province Marshal No. 3245/OS/2009 as of 1st October 2009).
  • Integrated licence for a fuel burning installation at 141 Małobądzka St in Będzin; (decree of the Silesia Province Governor nr ŚR.III/6618/PZ/11/05/06 dated 30.06.2006).
  • Amendment to the Integrated Licence for a fuel burning system located at 141 Małobądzka St in Będzin; (decree of the Silesia Province Marshal No 3074/OS/2008 dated 01.12.2008).
  • Change of the integrated permit for the fuel burning facility located at ul. Małobądzka 141 in Będzin (decision of the Silesian Province Marshal number 3704/OS/2009 dated 9th November 2009).
